Mushrooms, Vitamin D & You

Mushrooms provide valuable nutrients & fiber.  Include them as a mainstay in your diet in a variety of ways:  grilled, stuffed, steamed, sliced with greens, chopped and shaped into burgers. The Post recipe below makes a delicious Plant-Based oil-free burger with a little tweaking:  eliminate the oil as an ingredient and bake instead of frying.  


Give your mushrooms a "sunbath" and boost your Vitamin D!
